Employment law is the area of law which covers the relationship between an employee and his or her employer.  There are both Delaware state laws and Federal laws which govern the employment relationship. 

We represent employees in both Delaware state courts and Federal Courts and before Delaware and Federal administrative agencies on employment law issues. 

Unlike many firms which handle employment law, we exclusively represent employees, we do not  defend employers on these types of claims.  Attorney Barbara H.
